Hi world! My name is Frederik Rudolf van den Heever III, but if you are friends with my mom and dad, you may call me Rulof!
You won't believe what happened to me today...! I was snuggling away in my own happy place, when I heard my dad say to my mom it is time to go to the "hospital" - I heard them conspiring before that I need to leave my happy place and go and live in a "room" that they prepared for me! I still do not know what this "room" is, but I loved my happy place and decided to be "stubborn" (I do not know what "stubborn" means, but I heard mom saying that to dad a lot, so I thought if it works for dad then it will work for me)...
So we got to the "hospital" at about 06:00 and there was a lot of noise and voices and weird sounds. But as I said, I was "stubborn", 'cause me leaving my happy place was suppose to start at the "hospital".
I was still minding my own business in my happy place at about 18:51 tonight, when I just saw bright lights and funny creatures in blue and green pajamas!
The funny creatures in the blue and green pajamas made funny noises, but then something started to sound familiar! It was mom and dad! I heard their voices before and I knew immediately it was MY mom and MY dad!
I lot of things happened thereafter and I so wish I could remember everything, but I can't (it is a bit confusing). I do however remember when I saw MY mom and My dad for the first time - they looked SO cool (but still a bit crazy and funny, if you really want to know).
Dad said he was very "chuffed", because I weighed 3,26 kilograms (whatever that might mean) and mom was just crying like crazy (told ya) and dad just every now and then.
Well, it all turned out OK at the end, 'cause I also saw my two grandmothers and my two grandfathers (whoever they might be, but they seemed rather important) and mom and dad were all laughing and joking!
Looks like everybody likes me, so I am also "chuffed" now, like my dad...
Here is a photo of me which dad took through the open window of my "incubator" - a lady called "Nurse" said it was my first 4x4!
What a crazy day!
